**IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT BEACH ACCESS AND COASTAL WORKS** Currently, the stairs providing direct access to the beach are temporarily out of service as a result of a storm. There is an alternative access to the beach through the neighbouring property. Detailed access instructions are provided in the arrival information. **From the end of November 2026 until February 2027, works are planned by the Spanish Coastal Authority (Costas) to construct a seafront promenade in front of the property.** During this period, there may be noise and other disturbances associated with the construction works, as well as possible temporary restrictions or changes to direct beach access. Taking these circumstances into account, we are offering **significantly reduced rates from November to February**. The situation and access conditions may vary depending on the progress of the works. **If you would like to know the current status of the works and the beach access conditions at the time of making your reservation, please contact me and I will be happy to provide you with the latest information.** ### Stay conditions For stays of 10 days or less, the accommodation will be considered **Tourist Accommodation – Tourist Contract**.
