Bayside Apartments is situated in a prime location of St. Julian’s and 3 minutes away from Paceville. We are a self-catering accommodation, you will have access to a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare your meals at your convenience. This gives you the freedom to dine in whenever you like, making your stay more flexible and personalized. Our property offers the perfect blend of convenience and accessibility to discover the city for your vacation. All units come with a balcony, an equipped kitchenette with an oven, a microwave, a toaster and a kettle, a flat-screen TV and a bathroom with shower. Towels and bed linen are provided in the room for one time. Guests will find a paid token-operated washing machine, and dryer in the common area. Public transport like buses and cabs are easily accessible. Boat trips /Tours/ Excursions/Bike hire is available at the property. You can engage in to popular and various activities, such as snorkeling, diving, cycling and fishing. The nearest airport is Malta International Airport, 10 km from the property.

Bayside Apartments is a self-catering/self-service apartment and provides a one-time setup of essentials, including bed linens, bath towels, and a starter supply of toilet tissues on guest arrival. No daily cleaning. Toiletries such as shampoo, body wash, and soap are not provided. Please note that all Penthouse Apartments with Jacuzzi require a refundable security deposit of €350 applies to 1-4 guests. For larger groups, an additional €50 per person applies from the 5th guest onwards. The deposit will be collected by credit card and reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The Jacuzzi or Hot Tub and Airconditioning for the Penthouse Apartment unit is an extra service. It is metered payment and therefore comes at an additional cost. The guests are required to register and pay online (starting at €20) when they need to use it, and they will receive an email with the 20-digit number to enter into the meter box. The amount paid is equivalent to the Kilowatt consumption they can use for AC and Jacuzzi. The heating function operates based on the surrounding temperature and the amount of water needing to be heated. During winter, the water heats between 7 and 8 hours at a maximum of 40 degrees (every 1 hour = 2 kilowatt usage, approx). During the summer, the water heats for less than 5–6 hours at a maximum of 40 degrees or maybe less (every 1 hour = 2 kilowatt usage, approx). The Jacuzzi or hot tub is for private use for the Penthouse Apartment units only. The heating function operates based on the surrounding temperature and the amount of water needing to be heated. Your deposit will be refunded via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Between May and August (Summer Period), it is not suitable for families with children or older guests due to the nightlife nearby and the group bookings. If you are booking for monthly or long stays (28 nights or more), the price of the reservation is for a minimum of 3 guests only; extra guests are charged EUR 375 per guest per month. Monthly or long-stay rates do not include utility bills, monthly WIFI (EUR 25), and the post-check-out cleaning fee (EUR 200). To clarify, the charges apply to the duration of the stay, not starting from 28 nights. Cash on arrival at the property. Monthly utilities for the 2 Bedroom Unit (4 people in the room) will cost an extra approx. €140 (for 2 people), €160 for (3 people), €180 for (4 people), The price will be adjusted according to the final number of people. However, please keep in mind that this amount may vary depending on what you think during your stay. Cash on arrival at the property. Monthly utilities for Studio, and Penthouse (2-3 people in the room), and will cost an extra approx. €120 (2 people), €140 up to (3 people), €160 up to (4 people). The price will be adjusted according to the final number of people. However, please keep in mind that this amount may vary depending on your consumption during your stay. Cash on arrival at the property. Please note that there is a charge of E€200 after checkout cleaning fees for (28 nights and above), monthly or long stay, which applies for laundry of linens, repainting, and deep cleaning works, which are paid in advance. Cash on arrival at the property. After check-out luggage service is chargeable for EUR 3 per bag. Cash payment only. Room keys are to be always returned to the key box. Lost keys are chargeable at EUR 75. Please note that due to natural wear and tear, some interior décor and furnishings may be updated or replaced over time. We continuously strive to maintain a fresh and comfortable environment for our guests while ensuring all amenities remain functional and inviting.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
