A pleasant, compact hotel built in the traditional style of the Bodrum area, it has 4 annexe blocks around the pool. The hotel was fully renovated in 2010 and consists of a total of 50 rooms. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Facilities include a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, a bar and WLAN Internet access. There is also an indoor/outdoor restaurant. The rooms are simply furnished and provide air conditioning, a satellite TV and mini fridge. Most rooms have a balcony. All are en suite with a hairdryer and shower. Further in-room amenities include a double bed, direct dial telephone and individually regulated heating. The hotel holds weekly live music evenings. There is also an outdoor swimming pool with poolside snack bar and children\s swimming area, whilst sun loungers with parasols are laid out on the sun terrace and on the nearby beach (for a fee).

The hotel is located within a 5-minute walk of the centre of Gumbet, where there are many shops and lively nightlife options. Gumbet Beach is approximately 500 m away and local transport to the cosmopolitan resort of Bodrum or the smaller resorts on the Bodrum Peninsula is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. For those who enjoy water sports, jet skiing, windsurfing, canoeing and many other activities are available on Gumbet Beach. There are also numerous restaurants, shops, bars and nightclubs nearby. Milas Airport is about 35 km away.
