General information On highway 27 North you will find the new development of 'The Cedars at Woodridge'. As a new development we have had the chance to make the floor plans desirable and many of the 4 bedroom homes have matching master bedrooms which are great for two families traveling together. Location As with all our featured homes the Cedars is only a short drive from the Walt Disney World Resort®. ****Please note that there is a $250.00 security deposit required. Cash, credit cards and travelers checks are accepted. Credit cards will not be charged as there will only be a hold. If deposit is made by cash or travelers check the deposit will be mailed after check out.** ****Other Fee: There is a $200.00 pool heating charge for electric powered homes and a $400.00 pool heating fee for gas powered homes.** **The rental office hours are only 9a.m.- 5p.m. Monday ¿ Saturday, closed on Sundays. If you arrive after 5p.m. or anytime on Sunday, you will find your accommodation information in the lock box located on the pillar behind the front door.
